ao999's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total real money deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential damages; in such jurisdictions, ao999's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

ao999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if ao999 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; (c) continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to ao999; or (d) ao999 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory direction. Upon termination for cause, ao999 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If termination is not due to player misconduct, ao999 will return any verified real money balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

ao999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ao999 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ao999 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact ao999 support to arrange closure of your account. ao999 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
